Fancy Table-Based Email Template… in Google Docs???
So mass email marketing… if you’re in the Communications world, we can be real with each other. It’s a pain the a$$. Will the email go to people’s actual inboxes? Will it go to spam? How do I verify my send-from email address? Why does my template look like crap? What am I supposed to do about Outlook?
If your nonprofit is wealthy in resources or in knowledge about email marketing and coding, you definitely don’t need this, so keep scrolling.
But if you’re like the actual audience of platforms like MailChimp who claims to make email marketing easy and accessible, you know it’s really hard to figure out some of these things.
In small nonprofits and small businesses, sometimes you just want a nice looking, branded email to go to people’s inboxes. If your list of people is 1,000 people or less, this may be a good technique to try:
